1998 Volvo S70 T5. Leather heated seats, manual transmission, turbo inline 5 and about 5 lbs of tree sap on the body for good measure. I picked this up from a guy who left the car parked under a tree for years, the body is dented/ruined by the sap but there is no rust. 77,000 miles. This winter beater will probably

When I first got my bike, I immediately used it to commute to work most every day. Cut 10 minutes off the trip home every afternoon.

My suggestion?

Oh, it’s a train car. Okay. (Except that for those of us in the Northeast and Midwest a train car traditionally faces snow, which isn’t a problem here.)

The F-150 isn’t a great idea. That generation was plagued with engine issues hence why it is so cheap.

Even if you could register it, why buy a truck with no warranty that would be difficult to service and get parts for, and, being a VW, would require service and parts frequently, especially when Chevy makes a Colorado turbo diesel? Yes, the Amarok is way cooler, but it seems like a massive ‘nope’.

You can always bring a VW Taro to the US. The early ones pass the age test. A VW pickup with Toyota reliability. Who could ask for anything more?

Call me jaded, but why bring a vehicle with you to another country when you have to go back? Store the sucker somewhere or have family you trust keep it.

2017 GTI, they got rid of the 2 door. How can you have a Hot Hatch and not even have an option for 2 doors?

the correct answer is always R33

The G20 actually Nissan Primera was a very good car. In BTCC Nissan dominated because of that car. Nissan-Toyota didn’t have much success with their luxury brands at first. I have a feeling that if the G20 would have been sold instead of the 93-97 altima it would have had success.

You are so so wrong about this car. The G20 may have looked like a corolla but it was anything but meh. I owned a facelifted 1st gen with a 5 speed and it is one of my favourite cars I have ever owned and weirdly the one I miss the most. The SR20 engine redlined at 8000 rpm and it would screem happily getting there

Very cool story. Made my day. Ever since I was a kid I wanted a 1990-1992 GTI in tornado red. Never got to own a GTI since I worked my butt off and got nicer car that I ever dreamed of...that was until one day I decided to upgrade my daily driver and bought a brand new GTI....MK5 that was ...it was 2 door tornado red

This guy is me.
