This is why sadly the streaming TV platform sucks without regulation. These publishers like Disney let Youtube TV and Hulu TV get in bed with them at cheap costs a couple years ago. This allowed Youtube and Hulu to start a business and now in order to keep that business running they have to either compromise and

Also it’s just the front USB ports. The back 2 work. I think this has to do more with some data features the front ports communicate to the infotainment system like local music files.

The USB ports will plug into a daughterboard with a connector. Typically they aren’t soldered in. So when the daughterboard is populated they will connect all the cables and everything should be good.

Considering the drive would be bottlenecked severely due to bandwidth restrictions it makes no sense to throw a NVME drive into it. The site doesn’t list what speed the hubs USB connector is rated for but I’d have to assume it’s only 5Gbps since they’re not mentioning it. If it was at least 10Gbps they would say it. A

Would you rather have every car be $10,000 more for a feature you may or may not use? It’s advanced software that costs a lot of money to make and test. If they didn’t charge for it then they wouldn’t offer it at all. No one is forcing you to buy it.

Most cars have some sort of subscription model right now. Manufacturers are offering hotspot connectivity in their cars for $20 a month. Tesla charges $10 a month for basic internet on their cars. You don’t need any of these subscriptions for the Rivian to function properly. Its just if you want some extras you have

Yeah, I’ve been using it over the past couple years and it has been helpful. I think it works so well is that if you miss a payment I’m sure they’d lock down your account which is crippling for some people. I’ve had my Amazon account since 2004 so maybe that’s why I was given the offer. Not sure how widespread this

He mentioned though that it was a back and forth between hackers and Microsoft ever since the Xbox 360 was released. Hackers would crack the hardware and then Microsoft would change the drive thus putting them back on top until the drive got defeated again then Microsoft would change something on the motherboard so

MVG is more of a documentary Youtube channel that goes over the details of security hacks new and old. He also detail basic programming for older systems as well. This video was a continuation on a series of Xbox 360 DVD hacks. Obviously due to the severity of this hack it deserved its own video. He’s a great archival

Luckily Xbox 360 drives were notorious for breaking on their own so I’m sure they had a bunch of test subjects.

I’m sure a lot of this is to counter the pretty big piracy scene that was flooding Google Drive. People were sharing terabytes of pirated content and everyone had easy access to it. That was bound to end somehow.

In one breath they ban mask mandates and in another they’re complaining about asylum seekers crossing the boarder with COVID. It’s not a big deal when an American has COVID but it’s the worst thing in the world if a Mexican does. They’re not even trying to be consistent with their belief here. They just want to

When has Kanye ever been about being ignored?

The only one I want and of course it’s the only one you can’t pre-order right now.

Even if it does get lost in your couch what is Airtag going to do to find it? It will tell you it’s in the couch but you have to dig through and find it buried.

I hear he’s also a friend of Trumps arch nemisis, Wind Turbines

Looking at the pipeline the image goes through to change the visuals from normal GTAV to the AI derived photo realistic image would add a lot of lag to the game. So maybe Rockstar just needs to figure out how to add these kind of features on the engine level

The community behind 4k releases at less then a single layer dvd sizes is obscene. Why get 4k if it’s going to lack detail and be full of blockies? Just get a 1080p release. You’ll have a lot more detail per frame since it’s smaller. We need to get broadband to more people so I don’t have to filter through this stuff

Obviously since I just bought a Galaxy Watch 3 and prefer Google Pay over Samsung Pay. Obviously they would switch now.
