I want character-based episodes and actually don't like nonstop gore and action. This season they just didn't do the character-driven stuff very well.

Yeah, honestly, that would have been it for me. If they'd copped out, I'd be done with the show. The gunfight was okay and the tiger eating faces was entertaining, and maybe we can expect the next season to move along at a better pace. But that was a lot of nothing for a little something.

Americans.

Up until the Sasha-in-the-coffin legerdemain prestidigitation routine, and with only 30 minutes left, I assumed that they were pulling back again and Negan would take all the guns without a fight and kill someone without a fight and then we'd have to wait until next season for someone to actually shoot at the Saviors.

Most sitcom Christmas Carol defaults are bad; the only thing worse is the "classic" ending of "look, it's snowing" (see Too Close For Comfort and countless others).

Better than many alternatives

First: I didn't realize they made a third Atlas Shrugged movie. Second: I haven't heard of most, if not all, of these movies. I have no further point to make. I'm just glad no one pays me to review films. I don't think I could sit through any of these films.

If you want, you can see my bits and pieces for free.

One ep max.

God, that was an awesome show.
