Can we just marvel at the size of this seven passenger vehicle?

Call me superficial, but that shiny red paint looks great, as does the interior (which is as big or bigger as selling paint than the paint, interiors are expensive to sometimes near impossible to fix because of parts availability and cost) assuming it runs well easy nice price.

Anytime we’re asked NP/ND on a car more than 25 years old, it must meet a specific requirements. It either must have great utility for the buck (a good truck in great condition, nice Saturday top-down cruiser, etc.) or ostensibly peaks on the “rule of cool” gage. For under $7,000, this is peak rule of cool. Nice Price.

Unfortunately, the bigger and better airlines are all short on airplanes for them to fly. The industry is a shitshow right now.

Okay, everybody say it with me now:

A 2 door Pajero would be fun...Shoot maybe a good way to reintroduce the Evo name stateside without trampling on the nameplate (looking at you Eclipse Cross!)

My bonus mom has a 2006 STS-V, in almost the same color combo. Hers is silver with a grey interior. She’s had it since she purchased it CPO in 2010.

Jeep Wrangler. The real one, with the stripped out tub of a body, tube roll bar, price tag low enough to actually risk off-road, and proper square headlights.

Joe Izuzu says NP

I’m literally casually shopping Isuzu SUVs in MO right now and this absolutely NP.

WTF?

We lost the space race back on July 21, 2011 with the final flight of Atlantis. We handed over the space crown to Russia there and then. We should never have stopped launching orbiters without a functional replacement on deck and ready to go.

We’ve been overtaken in the space race by both Russia and China. That is fucking depressing. We gotta start funding NASA properly, and stop relying on the “free market” and billionaires to make up the difference.

So... China has a more modern space station in place now that the ISS is projected to be deorbited in 2030 with no replacement planned.

They aren’t great. Google all the service bulletins and warrantee extensions on them from multiple manufacturers including Subaru. Honda and Toyota do OK with them but that is primarily because they limit them very specific underpowered cars.

This is standard industry practice. Every new car review you’ve read happens this way, only we disclose it up front.

In my experience the only journalist I’ve seen on a press trip who paid for airfare and lodging was WSJ. We don’t have WSJ money, so we accept Audi’s invitation and disclose it up front.

I didn’t love

Sorry, I didn’t test that.

added some Microsoft AI bullshit...

The buyer for an S5 will be found somewhere in the middle ground.

And then felt like an idiot because I didn’t know a Rolls from a Bentley even as a car enthusiast to be.
