Lurking on the Gran Turismo Reddit, I came across a post venting about which cars can/cannot be turbo/ supercharged, which led to this gem:

Adam, thanks for investigating this...very illuminating! While a lot of this is, as you said, an “open secret”, it’s nice to have confirmation for someone who is actually in the thick of it.

Once you’ve experienced real soft-body damage everything else just feels like a cheap gimmick.

Corvette / Mustang, anything with a ton of horsepower. Seen more than one teenager end up dead that way. Very glad my dad gave me his hand me down Oldsmobile Delta 88 as my first car.

Definitely not a labor shortage...it’s a wage problem. For a very long time artists have been paid peanuts and affordability has exploded everywhere. The sad thing is it comes at a time where this AI “artistry” is coming up so what does a company do instead of raising wages...
We’re truly in a crossing point in our

The real problem is that TESLA wants to “control it all” so service parts and spares are stupid-expensive.

ND - un-register-able, homely and a replacement parts nightmare. Insuring it might be an adventure too,

I thought it was an old Dodge too.  ND, just an ugly car that you can’t register, if it works.

ND because it’s not going to be drivable (unless you have a private track or whatever) and being a test rig all that equipment in the boot went to random sensors drilled into parts that are going to need to be overnighted from Japan England.

Certain cars from 2005 would be worth going through a bunch of bureaucracy to get registered.

Fortnite was lightning in a bottle when they recycled the first iteration. I immediately knew this game would go the way of Paragon. I often wonder if Epic will ever strike gold again, not that they have to with engine licensees being at an all time high.

They’ve become a too-big-to-fail studio internally. I hope that

not hooning the living daylights out of this vehicle should be a criminal offense

I want to send this so hard. I’ve never wanted to send anything more in my life, but this? My gosh. I would send it and then send it some more. It must be sent. The 911 Dakar is begging: “Send Me.” It belongs in low-earth orbit, competing with satellites for send height and duration. I’m glad they’ve though about

Are they fastened with Phillips heads or did they upgrade to torx?

I’m happy to report that the V10 TDI is still alive and hasn’t visited my mechanic even once. Granted, I attribute that to the climate-controlled storage and the fact that I drive it very carefully. There’s probably a blood sacrifice to Lord Piech somewhere in there too. lol

DeMuro sounds like a Sesame Street muppet. Once you hear it, you can’t unhear it. You’re welcome.

Works Porsche 962-006. I used to pass it everyday going to school.

Mazda 787B!! Swarm of angry bees!

I’ll go with the rules-lawyer option.
