This is understated Radwood royalty right here, but still a hard sell at 5k like everyone said.

That Opel Manta is fantastic as well.

This right here would be a destination vacation reason, the Paris leg.

Yeah, the two doors. I was shopping imports for a long bit before their prices got stupid. I didn’t know they made a two door till I saw one parked in a neighborhood like 8 years ago and then started looking.

The windshield attracted rocks are a definite, I’ve had to skip over to the parking lot fix it guy several times, some dead center viewline hits.

On snowy surfaces you don’t have to worry about the scrape and it can help keep you from locking the brakes up as easily.

Locking hubs on a 4wd in the winter make things really fun.

Around Denver there is one highway that seems to be a lawless zone, I-225 through Aurora. I have a friend who lives out in that direction and every time, as soon as you get off I-25 to I-225 you slowly realize you are doing twenty over in the middle lane and still getting passed on the right by cars with one

That Montero was really eye catching until I saw it was the 4 cylinder. I mean, it was in pretty ish shape overall with the driver seat, but that thing is probably still a great buy for someone.

We were snowboard bums making an amateur video in an RV with season passes to every resort in the state, chasing the storms was the plan. We just never got into anything sketchy enough to need chains on all fours until we did.

A++ to wheeling in a Subie, that was what us mountain kids did in high school for fun all the time, or those of use who didn’t have trucks or SUVs. The Subie will make it you just gotta be choosy with your line.

I love how there is enough room in the engine bay for at least one more engine.

That definitely shifts the meta as three of the four top decks were Zabu based, then the fourth was silver surfer and sera based.

The reduction of turbo lag in modern applications is awesome, and the reliability is significantly better than the horror stories of the 80s and 90s.

If you live in a snowy place, a winter weather package is something you can’t live without after you’ve had a vehicle with heated seats and a steering wheel.
Absolute life saver with near instant warming.

30 Rock was an amazing show.

I am still torn on what to do with the Montero, either way I need to get the body work touched up and the sway bar mound welded back to the frame. I’ve been considering it since I retired it, then I saw first gen Montero prices going through the roof and that has me conflicted.
Do I restore it proper or electrify it

I didn’t know this existed, and is awesome, thanks.

If you want to compete with BMW, charge like BMW? I guess?
If you are going to slap a good inline 6 in, and your build quality keeps knocking it out of the park, charge like it?
Dunno, definitely going to shop Mazdas when my Wife’s hilarious ‘08 Pontiac Torrent hits ripe enough age to depart with the nostalgia. (It was

Stainless just doesn’t look good as body panels, unless you’ve been huffing stainless welding fumes.
