I hated All Shook Down when it came out, and continued to hate it for years after. Due to this book, however, I dusted it off and I enjoy it now much more than before. It has some good songs on it, and taken for what it IS (Westerberg's first solo album and not a real Replacements record) it is quite enjoyable.
