In jail for 17 years . . .
In jail for 17 years . . .
You "suspect?" Okay.
If you say so.
I know someone who worked four decades without anyone outside his family knowing.
I have two sufferers in my family and this portray seemed to me to be ridiculous. It's one thing to have a tantrum, I've seen my share of tantrums for decades. But to behave the way he did just hours after skipping his medication was out of bounds. Sorry to those who think this was accurate.
Well the hoodrat stereotype is what is keeping this show above 10 million viewers a week. Damn shame. Slutty would be fine, but her reality show behavior is getting ridiculous. I'm starting to think ppl are watching more for the Jerry Springer-ness of the show than the meat of the drama.
Can't get any more corny than calling Andre a sellout. By making Andre's desire to be "accepted" they make a fool of us all.
"Andre has done nearly everything possible to separate himself from a
family that started in the hood, then gets upset because he feels left

I thought that too, at first, but you have to go back and watch MENACE II SOCIETY.
More sincere if he's Black?
I'm just the messenger. But is it really unusual for an actress to play younger, or to pair an older male with a younger female?
Not in the days of free flowing cocaine.
I love the old school references but that scene did hack me off a bit. I get it, "It's not champagne, it's capri sun, haw haw haw." That was cute, but the writers seem to be operating on the assumption that it's too crazy for an Asian kid to love rap music, that the audience can't understand that about him, that his…
So, why is Eddie a "poser?" Because he professes a love for hip hop? It isn't like he's claiming Compton and C-walking all over the school.
If there's nothing there, there's no need to comment on it.
Idea is that she's too young for the part.
The ppl who start speaking to others in their language in order to prove some point are to be ridiculed, really. I speak some Japanese and I hear others talking about me on occasion. I just take notes . . . the community here is small and all the wives know of each other.
Wow, okay. You're just a little too defensive about this.
Except that it's about an 11 yr old kid's crush on a teen age girl. WTF are you doing sticking your libido in that?
He and his character are the only reasons to keep giving the show a chance right now. It's mostly bland, far too sitcom-y
