Not even going to try to be snarky here. Fuck Lou Dobbs, Fox AND their bitch-ass friends.

Not even Eigeman's appearance makes me interested in this. Ugh.

To me she typifies the similarities between Hollywood cover girl and anorexic.

I tried to like this comment 10 times by myself but the system is out to keep a brotha down.

still kinda dick-ish. Maybe I'm just jaded to the whole The World of Good Critics vs Armand White stuff after a decade or so. I would think by now most people would be just as jaded.

Are you calling me a Badist, sir? I resent that!

***Some more mild but not comic spoilers about the comic***

How is this lawyer supposed to know any of this? Silly complaint. The one constant in the stories is that few people know what they're doing, how the living are as dangerous as the zombies if not more.

The idea that Sophia is an abstract thematic point rather than a character we should really care about is an intriguing way of looking at it. I tend to think it's giving the writers too much credit, and I would say it were true if her appearance and disappearance were handled differently. Still, good point.

Which is what he's trying to say.

This is a problem. Anytime you have to talk about something White's written you have to deal with this bit about him being a total asshole. Kind of like talking about a Michael Moore film. Or Kael. Who gives a shit? I've heard anecdotes of White being a good guy AND a dick. Does that really matter about whether or not

Also, he pisses off a lot of people IRL. So I'm told. Often.

Well, this review of another critic's work is kind of dick-ish, as dick-ish as anything White's ever done. I don't follow him on most of it but his comparison with Perry makes some sense to me, calling Perry's Madea "parodying ethnic shame." (an editor less afraid of White could have made that line make more sense,

You still use CDs?

Uhm, no.

"comparisons with the comic are largely irrelevant."

I always train with this thought it mind. Work on medium distance sprint capability and exercises meant to improve power when swinging blunt force weapons.

Lori's thought's about living in a post-apocalyptic world aren't that out of sorts. With a truncated season and not having been with her during the entirety of events we don't really know what she's seen and why she might be experiencing PTSD. That Rick got her out of it so easily was the weak point in the scene. IIRC

Which is the problem. Having one character sucking up the awesomeness is not a good thing when it comes to storytelling. There is a difference between Diesel's character in PB and Darryl; Diesel's character has a character arc. Darryl is just at this point a Swiss Army Knife in Confederate clothing.

Darryl is too obvious, and it was a mistake to bring him in. He's Vin Diesel in Pitch Black. I mean is he going to be the one to the rescue every time someone screws up? he even has antibiotics in his back pocket. Rick is supposed to grow into leadership. How is he going to do that with Darryl around to be the one
