"My good friends, this is the second time there has come back from Germany to Downing Street peace with honour. I believe it is peace for our time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Now I recommend you go home, and sleep quietly in your beds."

Did you deserve it?

If you were killed I would say, "Fuck it. You did us a favor by removing yourself from the gene pool."
If you survived, I would be the first one to say to you as you got out of the SUV, "Are you a FUCKING IDIOT!". And, not feel one goddamn bit sorry for you. You got what you deserved by ignoring all of warning signals.

I only changed them once and that was only because I already had the heads off for a rebuild when I replaced my timing belt.

Dear Party-vi..... F... U...

The only difference between the USDM GC8 Impreza RS and the JDM GC8 WRX is the engine and transmission. The chassis is exactly the same.
Plus, my RS has full coilover suspension, Perrin F&R sway bars, F&R strut bars, etc., etc. I'm absolutely sure that my RS could perform .95G or better on the skid pad.

Nope. Because STI drivetrain swaps right in. Subaru is the Legos of the automotive world.

You are obviously ignorant of the Subaru Impreza market. I could EASILY sell my coupe for what I originally paid for it. Swapped GC8 Imprezas are selling for $3-4k more. This thread was originally about SOUL not luxury. Luxury is not synonymous with soul. You fail.

How much does the SRT8 cost again....? Yea....

Plus, this year it will be getting a EJ25 hybrid turbo motor with all forged pistons and rods. This motor will probably make 350-400hp on the stock turbo, and with an upgraded turbo easily handle 500hp. When it's done, my "shit heap" will DESTROY a SRT8 and in the end I will still have spent less than $20k for

I bought it 5-6 years ago for $6000 and have spent ~$4000 on upgrades and repairs over the years. Mostly, in the suspension and chassis. I drive it like I stole it every day. It now has 183,000+ miles on it and still runs like a champ.
I guarantee it could out handle the SRT8 in the slalom.

LOL. Your funny.

For how long?
With that much weight the tires won't last very long.

So, you'll make it to the scene of the accident sooner?

I'll submit that 475hp in a 4365 lbs car equals just barely useful.

I'm sure it's fast in a straight line, but what happens when you show it some curves? It's pretty obvious by it's weight and size on how it will handle.

Arch, you obviously have no clue.

Zoom, I'm talking about the big heavy V8. Not the power.

No... thank you!
I'll go drive my BRP 2001 Subaru RS Coupe.
AWD, 2800lbs, and only ~180hp, but is more nimble and has far superior handling.

An F-16 with an equally skilled & trained pilot would be more then a match for a Mig-29.
