While you're spot-on with the logic that Monica probably would have used, if you're just assessing threats, Tyson and Gervase are people who absolutely have to go before you reach the end game. What good is a final four if you're not going to get the jury votes (she's not) over the other three people in the alliance?

If Hayden/Caleb/Katie are above pettiness and vote for who they think played the best game, then yes, she can. Unfortunately, it's reality TV, and pettiness generally reigns because everybody thinks that they're winning until they suddenly aren't.
