1976 Cadillac Fleetwood. College friend had one that we used for long trips and let me tell you, there wasn’t a thing about it that was “firm” or “abrupt”. I’d imagine even crashing the damn thing would be relatively cushy thanks to the acreage between the front bumper and the driver.
