Snuze: Needs another Swede

We do have a team that I am on. I joined about midway through the year, after all the design work was done, so my role has mostly been making parts. But I am looking forward to next year.

Thank you for the education. I'm a sophomore ME major, so I'm just starting to learn about this stuff. I think I have a tendency, at least at this point, to apply things I've learned a little too liberally.

I drove one of these when I was in Italy in December. It was $260 US for a 20 minute drive, but luckily my mom and sister are totally awesome and paid for it as my early Christmas gift. And you know, you can make all the fire jokes you want, but it doesn't change the fact that this car is freaking amazing!!!

Actually, there is a more scientific (or should I say engineering related) reason for it. And its not weight balance or position relative to the master cylinder, although those are both bonuses. It's also not about cooling, if that were the design objective the front calipers would be placed closer to the front. It

Great response.

Thats the very first thing I thought when I saw it, and that was pretty much the exact same reaction I had.

I know where to get one... I have been repeatedly tempted to go and snatch it up... Just have no idea what I would stuff it in.

Easy choice... Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 DZ302. They needed a 5.0L engine to compete in Trans Am racing, so they stuffed a 3 inch 283 crank in a 4 inch bore 327 block. In full race trim it had high compression angle plug heads, a custom ground off road camshaft, factory headers, chambered exhaust, and that behemoth on

I haven't seen the one in Tysons yet. Theres a huge black one up in Fredneck with twin stacks on it though that I see all the time.

Good job! I feel like I should give you one of those sexy car girl award thingies... Or at least a bottle of Breakfast Scotch. Sadly, I think the best I can do is another, albeit more tricked out, Manta. Congratulations!

Because in 1970's America, you went to your local Buick dealer for a GSX... but instead you found this funky little whip. Euro styled, fuel injected, sub 2500lb curb weight. It was a hot little sport coupe whose entire engine equaled only about 2 cylinders of a GSX and it was produced by the General's Bavarian

Does it have to be a car per se?

First time I tried stainless brake lines, I almost put myself over the handle bars...

I made a post about my vote for NP based on fond high school memories of these series Benz' that my buddies family had. What I didn't mention was that his dad used to smoke a pipe in his TD car, and yes, often wore tweed jackets, full length wool peacoats, etc.

This brings back some memories of my buddies Big Body Benz in high school. His dad had this exact same car. He got the "spare" car his dad picked up, a silver non-turbo 300. It would do zero to sixty occasionally (we once topped it out at 85mph, scariest ride I've been on in my life), you had to aim for pot holes

I saw one of these last year at Carlisle Truck Nationals. I talked to the builder quite a bit about it because I love weird projects. Apparently the guy had bought a Chevy Colorado and swapped an old truck or something on the frame, and he had the body laying around. He then bought a 330i coupe at an auction with a

I just started reading it, but that is a good book.

Do want... Do want badly...

I would give up my whole package for a P3/4. I mean when you get right down to it, why would you even want to waste time having sex when you could be driving this?

If I buy the car, does one of the ladies come with it?
