I drive a beat-to-hell Corolla. It’s reliable, low-maintenance, easy on gas, not horrible to drive, and I paid a very small amount of cash for it. Its dollar value is probably negligible, but the way things are right now, it’s worth everything.

David, shut up! You’ll ruin it! I’m saving up to replace a very tired old Corolla next summer, and that’s my exact strategy; I’m looking for a nice manual Accord or something. Don’t tell people to buy up all the good “boring” manuals before I get a chance.

As long as it’s all still there underneath... very very nice price. Anyone who’s calling this “junk” has no experience with them; they’re simple, tough, reliable, and very comfortable (not luxurious; comfortable). If you don’t like it, fine; plenty of other people would jump at the chance to buy this for this price.…
