Yup. I have a Canon camcorder right now. It’s just 1080p but the zoom and the max duration afforded by SD cards definitely make it more ideal than my phone for recording certain things (e.g. graduation, recital, other live events). It doesn’t get used often but I’m very thankful to have it when it’s used.

Also completely on brand and extremely rude: all the previous admin pics were removed. It’s not like it’s a President Trump account, it’s the White House, a place with constant changes in staffing.

I started following the account during the previous president’s term. I loved the high resolution pics and visible EXIF data. The pictures now are fine but are downsized and stripped of EXIF data. I guess transparency for photo data is not a priority either.

Perfect example for all these studios thirsty for content right now: just release a bunch of BTS footage! Bloopers: I can watch HOURS of them.
