There is a way to fix this. I’ll need to go and find the link to the article to fix this and post it. The issue is a throttling problem in the 4.x client that limits transfers to 1.2MBps. You have to change a config file, which removes this throttle and then you can use the full bandwidth you have available to you.

Well, she’s playing the high command of Starfleet (which is more the CinC I think) than the President. Although the President in both DS9 and Star Trek 6 wasn’t human. And I’m not sure there is anything here that says she’s definitely going to be a human either (though probably odds on she will be)
