I transfer my books using dropbox. Open with and then choose iBooks. Works super well!

I think it's idiotic that people assume we'll use LESS energy in the future. A new energy revolution is the only thing that will save the environment. Instead of investing in nuclear options including stuff like thorium we are pushing windmills.

Well, I went to a Target over lunch and did the trade. Gave them my 16GB iPad 1. They didn't need any accessories. Got a new 16GB iPad Air for $280 + tax. Would have liked to get the Nexus 10 refresh but a deal like this is something you can't really pass up. Thanks again dudes!

I put my info in the Target site and $65 for an ipad 1 16gb. This is not $200. Damage free.

I can't wait to get rid of my iPad 1. I've been waiting for this for the last year.

The ocean. We've got all this unused space that hasn't been explored much at all. Innovations in sea exploration are at least partially usable for space. In the end a submarine and a space ship are pretty similar. Undersea city = Mars colony. Plus waaaay less radiation to worry about :)

What happened to the "new" iPad AKA iPad 3? Is that the iPad 2 now? Surely this isn't the regular iPad 2? I have an iPad 1 and that is basically the dark ages. All this bologna is confusing. Nexus 11, save me.

By alongside I assume you mean that you'll install iTunes on your Surface Pro. Apples and Oranges. I mean Apples and Windows.

The rumor mills seem to think it'll be an 11 inch instead of a 10 so that explains that name at least. I'd be cool with a new 10 inch. The 7 is just too small for the tech books/pdfs that I read.

I honestly just want a Nexus 11 so I can get rid of this terrible iPad 1.

Eh, when we find a better power source in the future we'll probably just have energy shielding that will protect anything we send up. I feel like the infinite energy revolution is closer than people think.
