I was hoping WW84 would be the end of the franchise. Sad that I’m wrong. I’ve been off the Star Wars fanwagon for a long time, but a movie about X-Wing pilots would be frigging awesome. 

I’m in. It’ll be my first cinema experience since Covid hit. As a lifelong Bowie fan, and being fairly knowledgable about his history, this sounds far more esoteric and exciting than a route documentary treatment.

If this even comes close to the gonzo brilliance of UHF, it’s going to become an instant classic.

I still really love this show, but I feel the emphasis on season-long arcs it detrimental to the comedy. Season one had a very loose arc with The Baron and Vampiric council, but it wasn’t the main driver of the season. I feel WWDITS is better served with a more “monster of the week.” Format. 

Motoworks in Chicago is an exception to that. Outstanding shop and great people.

Interesting. I lived in Chicago for over 25 years, I’ve seen countless movies and tv shows being filmed on location. There’s always private security and some Chicago cops present on set. I find it really hard to believe that it wouldn’t be the same in Baltimore.
