"a couple of the actresses mentioned above have spoken about being caught off guard by requests to be nude in their scenes when that wasn't the original intention" - That's unethical and SAG-AFTRA should be brought in if this occurs. Hard to believe this is the case though for "principles," nude scenes are negotiated

It's been renewed for a 7th and likely (at least) 8th Season, so best to move along.

There's nothing wrong with nudity on TV or in the movies. The way Shameless does it, is the way every show or movie that wants to incorporate nudity should do it. It is simply a natural part of the story. I don't agree it's gratuitous, do you want people to be dressed while in bed together or making love?

How can you be a "casual viewer" of the show for Emmy's nude scenes, they are infrequent and brief…you'd miss them. In the internet age, people don't watch 50 minutes of a TV show for 12 weeks just to see nudity, they get it online the next day. It's really disrespectful of you to dismiss her talent and the

Fiona can't just walk away and live happily ever after with Sean, she's the legal guardian to three of the Gallagher kids and the house is in her name, this is lazy writing. On a positive note, the Fiona/Sean relationship is starting to grow on me, I hope something stable comes from it.

Much much later.

Gus is a destructive force in her and her families life, the sooner he's gone the better. He should sign the papers (all the papers), get his ring back and then disappear.

Because Gus is a bitter jerk, who thinks it's ok to break up families and hurt kids. If you think Fiona can rely on him being a "good guy," you need to take your blinders off. If Fiona is going to a knife fight, she needs to bring a knife.

Don't agree, the ring is the only leverage she's got. There is NO excuse for what he's doing to those kids.

He was a "victim" (a really dumb one) up until the "song," from that point on, he was a douchebag and he keeps getting even more douchey by hurting the entire family.

"Victim"- Please! I lost all sympathy for Gus with his song "stunt." That was a sadistic thing for him to have done.

You can love a character and dislike what the writers are doing to them. I love the character of Fiona, but have not been thrilled with what the writers have done with her since Season 5.

Blame the writers, not the character.

Gus married a women he barely knew, he's an idiot! The 3 kids did nothing to him and he's knowingly hurting them.

Gus isn't just hurting Fiona, he's hurting all the Gallaghers, including 3 children, he's a total creep at this point.

The episode was worth it just for Fiona having the abortion.

Or that the only way to get a house, is by having the baby. : (

What makes me nervous, is the more she waits, the less sure she becomes. It's almost like she's asking Sean for his opinion as this point. If the writers have Fiona have this baby, it will be a unforgivable betrayal, on their part, of this character.

I wish Fiona would hurry up and get that abortion already, I hate that storyline more than I have hated any storyline on the show.

Frank has cheated on every women he's ever been with. Lip is sleeping with a married women, not to mention the whole Karen/Mandy situation. Ian has cheated on Mickey. Kevin and Veronica have both cheated on each other. Jimmy/Steve cheated on Fiona with the drug Lords daughter.
