He’s an unspeakable cad of the highest order!

Great, another real life Jewish person played by a non-Jew.

Whedon called Fisher a “bad actor”

Unlike the first age stuff they’ve probably heard of it. It was mentioned in the movies and they went further into the history in the Special Features.

I was hoping for a series set in Middle Earth’s First Age (Morgoth, Beren and Luthien, The Fall of Gondolin, The Dispossessed, The War of Wrath, etc.). But I get that they want to stick with the familiar, and this series seems to cover a lot of stuff LOTR fans are already familiar with, like Sauron, the Nazgul, Numenor

So to sum up:

That’s new

He’s actually one of the better parts of that terrible, terrible film.

rule of “no hoods” in the building

“I was such a dork, almost nobody asked me to the prom.”

I would bone Henry Cavill as Charles Brandon, as Napoleon Solo, and as Moustache Man from Mission Impossible.

He hasn’t got the yarbles.

Whedon might be a major league asshole, but he’s not stupid enough to go after those guys.
