Lots of mystery so far this season. But I think the introduction of Castiel this early would solve the whole Campbell clan mystery. I mean even though Castiel is busy cleaning up the mess in heaven he isn't on the outs anymore and should at least see or hear what's going on.

@badbob001: The additional cut is very important. In my wifes case she didn't listen to the doctor and pushed one time too many and it ripped the opening before he could maneuver the baby's head out without having to cut or rip.
