Just chiming in to say; I don’t remember all the details, but I had a dream the other night where I very clearly remember being in a restaurant and calling Tucker Carlson, to his face,  “Fucker Carlson” and “a sentient can of Axe body spray”. I want to have this dream every night.  

The training for learning to fly an airplane isn’t going to change because a Black person or woman is taking it, and there’s no reason to think that non-white men will be given license to fly planes without displaying the knowledge and skill it takes to complete said training.

Having 50% of new pilots trained be women and POC still means that their pilots will still be +50% white men. Pretty sure white men are not 50% of the population. So, at the end of the day, this groundbreaking, multi-year commitment still leaves them much less diverse than the population.
