Well, a prediction I made a short while back about the new “Star Wars” film turned out to be completely correct — the film tracks the story beats of the original, point for point. My feelings about the film overall are mixed.

Really thought the sum of the move was less than the whole of its parts. There was few to no individual scenes I thought were bad. I liked the new actors and actresses even though I went in thinking I would hate them. But for everyone saying this is a pure Star Wars film...
