See my prior response about the size, and why its irrelevant... it boils down to the person behind them is the basic summary.

Ignoring the fact that AK-47 are actually rare... as they were only made for a couple years, then had design changes and were renamed to the AKM. (semantics really) :-)

Uh... false on both accounts on the 9mm... and no ammo is designed to create hard to treat wounds as a goal.

I am glad you do not wish to get rid of guns BTW... most who want more gun laws, just think you can get rid of firearms completely and solve the problem... Too bad its impossible... you can't erase knowledge, nor the ability of a clever person to make a home made gun from hardware store parts. (or using machine tools,

Well, true, most do not know how to deal with the situation, I do. That is no guarantee of success though... but my sensibilities prevent me from sitting idle or running when I can act to help.

The M1 Garand is a semi-auto...

"Not where I live at least..." What is this referring to... the use of AR-15s in competition? Where do you live? In America it is very common.

Maybe... the current system does little to help convicts become productive citizens, and peoples bias/discrimination against them when they get out of prison makes it worse. If you can't get a job because no company will hire ex convicts, then what choice do they have?

"Killing a deer and killing a guy are veeery different" False... (except from a moral standpoint maybe) Overall size, shape, structure, and placement of organs is very similar. From a purely physical standpoint there is very little difference.

But there are rules regarding open carry, and as you said, just pulling out the gun without need is a crime.

Yeah... its culture and social reasons for the crime in America. Guns are not the problem in and of themselves. In a polite society where resorting to violence to live or for social acceptance is rare, you have much less issues with guns, even when they are prevalent and easy to get.

^^That... you don't have to buy if you can build... and learning to use the tools is not hard... in fact there are government programs that teach convicts skills like machining so they can get jobs and be productive members of society.

Yes... but nothing I have been dedicated in doing, just curious.

Ar-15s are used for competitions and target shooting a lot, probably one of the top on the list... and are considered under-powered. They can be used for hunting, but several states do not allow them for hunting due to the weak round it fires.

"Enhanced ability to kill"?

Pretty much yeah.

HAHA, awesome.

I never said no gun laws should exist, just that new gun laws will not fix the problem.

For one... your statements are impossible to validate. How do you know limited access i what prevents them from killing... maybe they just don't have the guts to do it.
