Seemed to me like Michael was referencing Cosby’s notorious proclamations that Black folks “pull their pants up” and “stop naming your kids these names”.

There’s no way they’re letting Cosby into gen-pop without a phalanx of armed guards. Letting random black and brown people get killed under your watch is one thing but the warden knows if Cosby gets shivved he can kiss his high paid consultancy gig for a Prison Corporation goodbye.

Republicans aren’t trying to put him on the Supreme Court in spite of him being corrupt. Republicans are trying to put him on the Supreme Court because he is corrupt. Its a feature, not a bug.
