Ugh — I thought the score was particularly terrible. Like someone made a Spotify playlist to replace the actual score.
Some songs don’t match the mood or tone of the scene they’re in. Some songs end halfway through a scene and a new song picks up after a standard fadeout. It’s utterly bizarre and made the movie very…

Just saw Brigsby Bear in theaters and I think that’s a great movie about how pop culture can help someone cope with change.

LOVE THIS IDEA! I was definitely reading into a lot into he 10-year-old like behavior and the fact that he was listening to the same iPod songs from the crash throughout the show. I defended a lot of the show because I liked the idea of someone stopping his emotional growth at 10 but still having a lot of power…

I fell in love with Superjail! after the first episode. I told it’s basically “Willy Wonka as a prison warden” and that is still the best description!

I feel like this all the time with one of my coworkers (who’s also a diagonal boss) — I’m a woman in tech and there’s constantly constantly “mansplaining”, asking me not to talk (literally — asking me not to talk), taking over my projects and presentations... it’s exhausting. This happens to many women in tech!
