I saw this movie yesterday and the twins are covered they are because their faces are white-ish but not human-like and they can turn people into stone, Millard the invisible boy has and English accent, and since it’s set in 1943 I’m just guessing that Millard is probably a white boy

Samuel L Jackson’s character Baron could shape shift into different people, so even if he was originally black that wouldn’t really matter.
