Yeah. I was surprised, for the price, how uncomfortable and cheap their furniture seemed. Same with crate and barrel, which I love, but their couches just don’t seem promising for the long haul. Which would be fine except the price seems to imply they should.

Check out pottery barn. They have some really deep couches (ours is 40" deep). The back cushions don’t always keep their shape once you lean back (just re adjust once you get up), but the bottom cushions have no problem and don’t “sink”.
