Cute kitty!

They were in London for the Adele one.

I agree with you that the building itself is a great piece of architecture and fits in well among the other beautiful buildings in that area. But damn, I cringe every time I see those giant letters.

Yes, as a woman I cannot see myself taking one by myself. With other people, fine, although it’s not going to be my first option. This past weekend I was in Chicago and my boyfriend and I used Lyft a couple times when it was easier than calling a taxi or taking the bus or el. But, like you said, I also I don’t think I

I realize this is not the case for everyone who deals with anxiety and depression, but trying not to cancel plans is better for me. If I do, I end up sitting at home feeling worse because then I start thinking, ‘well what if this person is now mad at me for cancelling, what are they thinking about me?’ If I can get

For me personally (I have dry skin with some redness, and the occasional zit on my chin), I do an oil cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser. I use Banila’s oil cleanser followed by the Neogen green tea foaming cleanser.

Yep! With it being winter right now my skin should a mess but I am almost surprised every time I look in the mirror and think ‘wow my face looks pretty good!’ There are so many other products I want to try too but I have to be careful with how much I spend haha.

I agree with you that Americans seem to be behind when it comes to skincare. Recently I started learning more about Korean beauty products and I’ve tried a couple out (including the double cleansing method), and my skin looks so much better than it ever has.

Yes! I got one a couple months ago and I’m loving it. I like that, as you said, it’s gentle enough to use every day.

I am the same way. I had never heard of her blog before this post so I just spent at good ten minutes here at work going through it and reading her entries. I don’t know why, I just cannot look away.

How depressing. :/

I do a double cleansing method to wash my face, something I learned from a Korean beauty book. Start with an oil cleanser, then a water cleanser. I guess the reasoning behind using two is that the oil cleanser will bring up all the dirt and crap from your face, but the water-based cleanser will actually clean it all

I’m a millennial and I just returned from a wine trip in Somoma two days ago, where I spent a week drinking some pretty fantastic wines. Personally, I think that last year I went waaaay over the ‘two cases per person’ stat. And now I think I need to go pour a glass.

Like, I don’t want to be weird or anything, but I just wanted to say I always appreciate your comments. I don’t know why but ‘spray painting into the air at nothing’ really got me. Thanks for making me chuckle on an otherwise shit day.

Pottermore? Yes. I actually ‘joined’ several years ago and was sorted into Ravenclaw but then they redid the site and I guess you needed to have your old login info to reclaim your old house. So I did it again but this time I was sorted into Slytherin, which I feel pretty meh about. #ravenclawforlife

ME TOO ME TOO. AND OHMYGOD I CANNOT WAIT.

I like to pretend Fred didn’t die, so it’s cool. Him and George are running Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, just the way it’s supposed to be.

I agree with everything you’re saying. Plus, I did see an interview with her a couple years ago where she acknowledged that obviously most people can’t afford $500 cashmere sweaters and boots. And she’s not saying people should want to pay that much for things. It was more that Goop might give people with (much) lower

Yeah when I saw the headline I thought maybe Trump dropped out. I was hugely disappointed when I continued scrolling and actually read the tweet.

Yes! I just commented this.
