Greyhounds in particular do - their bodies don't have enough hair or fat to keep them warm in the snow! This recent cold snap has my poor greyhound wearing two jackets to go outside (fleece and his raincoat) and he still looks so miserable I'm considering buying him a hat. It is a slippery slope from concerned pet

I think it is just a really easy way to let people know that you're spending a ton of cash on the wedding - why else pay to hide chairs?

I truly don't get the fuss over this issue in particular - I doubt Aunt Myrtle or any other wedding guests will be snickering "These cheap assholes have WHITE napkins - how pedestrian!" as they plow through their chicken/fish/vegetarian option.

It does take a very highly developed love of awkward - my own big awkward pointy dog (not pictured) got me for good with his big eyes and boney ribs. I do understand how some people prefer the fluff though.

I had to google "Rule 34". I kind of regret that now....

You've just spawned a new etsy store with that comment right there haha.

Well I suppose if a man expects to have a say in strange womens' vaginas/reproductive rights then that mindset would extend to the reproductive areas of his nearest and dearest as well?

Welp. That was my mind blown for the morning. I never put that together either!

I stand corrected! I guess I just figured the temperature monitoring went hand in hand with the cervical mucus tracking haha

I guess I am just more thinking about the method used by my very religious family in the first half of the 20th century - the "traditional" rhythm method. The Church's "method" resulted in far more children than available resources to raise a healthy family.

Very interesting link. I think that for some couples who are able to invest the time/money in charting and monitoring that might be good option. For a majority of couples though, I think it is a stretch to expect that level of dedication and investment when there are a plethora of easier and more cost effective

Better than the rhythm method at least (the only Catholic Church approved method)?

Agreed. There's just something about a man who can distill his own moonshine and drink it in a martini glass - in the middle of the Korean War.

He's in Thor 2?! I think I have to go see that movie now....

YES! Posture is 50% of any outfit I think!

The amount of self loathing it takes to make those statements makes me feel very sad for her. I can't imagine being brought up in such a way that you simply assume that you and everyone like you (anatomically at least) is inferior.

What an amazing story! Props to you for not just standing there gawking (that would have been me). It's always so nice to hear that people are nice!! I feel like general good manners make just about anyone 5x more attractive.

Voting Republican is probably the only thing I wouldn't be able to do for a midnight serenading Idris Elba. My car, jewelry, self control...all would be his in seconds.

I suppose I was more thinking about the alleged lack of response by the police to the four victims who did try to lodge complaints - but I'm glad to hear that this is hopefully not the norm!

It is SOOO good. I binge watched it on Netflix. Elizabeth Moss is my favorite actress now basis this role.
