America’s Test Kitchen has a fabulous recipe for gazpacho that has become my go-to. It’s very smooth and creamy due to loads of olive oil and time in the blender, but soooooo delicious. I bet even CT would like it.

I hate gazpacho. Just be honest, that shit is just more watery salsa. Thicken it up and put it on a chip or keep it away from me.
