I feel like now would be a good timed to point out that there is a huge difference between the RICO case described in this article and a civil RICO case.

Sure, I guess Rhaenyra would find it hard to get over her father marrying her best friend, but 3 years have passed. It would have been new and refreshing to see the three get along and be happy.

I watch with captions to catch the dialogue, and the dragon was named Sea Smoke in those. I haven’t read any of the books, but I assumed based on the name that it was one that the Valeryons had.

The initial conversation shown in this episode between her and the King had a TON of undertones — on the surface, it was about the King and his daughter and how to build on their relationship, but the subtext was that the same words they used could be seen as Alicent basically her inviting him to make a move on her.

Short sprints that reward instant torque (like hill climbs) are pretty much purpose built for EVs. Kudos to Lucid for recognizing this and taking advantage to generate headlines.

Given how much of a steal this is from Dodge, What is stopping your average buyer from buying the Alfa and then having it serviced at the Dodge dealer? The parts on the Dodge are all Alfa anyway, so the technicians there should have no trouble performing the service.

Not sure of the actual time, but it is fairly quick. My wife has one with the V6 and it is faster than my Lexus IS. It gets squirrely for a second or two when you stomp on it as the electronics figure out which wheels should get the power, but as long as you are prepared for the torque steer, it can move surprisingly

Oh, yes. I excluded that from consideration, because the R/T wasn’t really all that “hot” and it was more SUV-like than crossover.

I’m optimistic, but highly skeptical. I like the idea of a “hot” CUV, but I still remember the last time Dodge tried to “revive” a GLH.

Not having read the regulations, I wonder if you could sidestep them by separating the systems. Have the boring US regulation headlights as normal and a small second projector only next to it that doesn’t actually operate as a headlight, but just puts the symbols onto the road.

Ventilated seats. They are the only way to make leather/faux leather seats livable in the summer.

In the event Chevrolet does use Minted Green in contradiction with the agreement above, neither Successful Bidder, its assigns, transferees, or representatives shall have no cause of action, or claims whatsoever, against Released Parties in any way.

Holy crap. That is the definition of cool.

In 1996, I tried so damn hard to convince my parents to buy the bright yellow 914 down at the used car dealership. I don’t recall the exact price. Only that it was juuuust beyond the range of the other used cars we’d been looking at. They were adamant that a tiny Porsche (even a slow one) was a terrible idea for a new

My dad likes to tell us that his first car ever was a ‘64 1/2 Mustang, but by the time my siblings and I were around, his cars were mostly cheap second vehicle commuters or trucks.

If I ever did, I certainly wouldn’t conflate my reaction to someone else’s expressions with “following the evidence,” as this guy did. You aren’t following the evidence if you’re trusting your gut reaction on how trustworthy someone appears.

I wholeheartedly agree that Level 2 crashes are concerning and warrant investigation, but as the article admits, there is so much information that is needed to provide proper context and analysis (and which was not provided), that the report today is almost useless.

I had a great time with my three year old son doing donuts in an empty snow covered parking lot after picking him up from daycare one night. He loved it. So much so that he immediately told my wife about how much fun we had when we got home. D’oh!

I had assumed they were planning to take the transport which would have made perfect sense, but then they walked through the gate and I was baffled.

That’s how most old houses are built. It’s called plaster and lath and it’s how they built houses before drywall.
