Very few of us have the attention span for a resolution that lasts all year, but something that restarts every month or changes with the seasons can help you stick with it.
Perhaps unambitious...but I want to start a simple exercise routine, and actually stick to it. I’m thinking about beginning with a bodyweight routine, since the equipment requirements are almost nonexistent and it can be done almost anywhere.

I think I’ve done ankle/knee damage, as my compulsion is to wobble my legs & it’s gotta be some strain on the joints & ligaments.

I think you make an excellent point regarding emotional intelligence. I personally think it plays a huge part of being ‘wise.’
I think wisdom should also include knowing when and how to seek out information, and to discern what parts would be useful to you.
When my uncle was dying earlier this year, my family tried to keep that in mind. No distressing conversations were held near his bed - period. We always stepped outside in the hallway if needed.
