Sudoku helps me tremendously! But I have to find the right balance between a puzzle that is too easy (then I finish it too fast ==> I think about dying in a fiery plane crash) and too hard (I get frustrated ==> I think about dying in a fiery plane crash).

I actually use coconut oil to moisturise my skin. Regular lotions always feel sticky on my normally sweaty skin, but coconut oil is absorbed very quickly (at least for me) and leaves me feeling soft and supple!

Aside: Peppermint oil masks the smell of poop in the loo. :-D
