Anyone have a good solution for syncing things like MS Office preferences? Even a way to transfer them manually would be good enough. I hate having my outlook all nicely tweaked and then losing that all if I swap PCs or wipe. They used to have a utility in 2003 but it went away in 2007 and 2010.

@hgoodman01: I wish they would integrate a storage option to skydrive with it already. If they did it would be a much better alternative to Dropbox.

I have been wanting to do a XBMC box for a while now and the thought of dealing with drivers, scripts, linux builds, ir dongles, etc when I just want to watch TV and veg kills it for me. @Jerkface: Had the same thing. Still running the board I get from refurb. Go for MSI or XFX for video cards since they have good warranties, you can even tranfer the XFX one. Pretty much anyone else for motherboards, don't think I could buy another one from them.

@SWarnock: you may want to look at adjusting the time outs on the windows 7 side. It's a reg tweak. Also see if your nas does any sleeping as well, it can cause this also.

@mkmcllln: If it's blackberry to black berry use bb messenger. It uses email transports so you dont get sms charges.
