I’m sorry - but ewwwwww

Quirky these days seems to be the purview of Korean brands.

yes - rebadged in NA but Yaris elsewhere. Brilliant and bombproof.

Totally agree. I owned an Echo HB for 10 yrs - bought brand new - and only ever changed fluids and tires. Rock solid car.

The confluence of ignorance and patriotism.

Wouldn’t be wiser to put $$ into the Lexus?

how well would this sleep 4? How much fcukery is required to setup sleeping arrangements for this? Does the pop-top turn into a sleeping bay? thx

My friend in high school had one. He told girls he owned a Lotus.

Toyota Echo Hatchback. Indestructible, efficient, reliable, fun to drive with the 5-speed.

Have said it before - but you should be converting the Lexus to EV - not the pile of decomposing metal you just picked up. Think of the resale!!!

He’s just a good ole’ boy...never meanin’ no harm...

It’s NOT TOO LATE to make the Lexus your EV project David!!!

I’m thinking the Lexus SUV from a few weeks ago would have been a better choice to spend real money on for this EV conversion. Good luck, god speed.

I like it.

Yah - nobody is climbing Mt Everest in these either. At least not in the last 30 yrs. This is what they really use and are 1 million times warmer:

I think her reaction is justified- the Saab parts supply chain is so denuded and overpriced, any reasonable person would feel the same receiving this.

I was about to post something similar. If we are at a point where cars can be nearly autonomous - why don’t manufacturers spend time on technology that will automatically adjust the driving dynamics?

Can’t believe nobody has suggested:

Couldn’t you have just registered it in a Spain or Czech Republic? Surely they have more lenient tests.

Does the Rav4 Prime have all this bullshit?
