Yeah it's just jarring due to Hakeem not really looking that much younger than Jamal in present day

I'm legit confused as to how much older each of the boys are because Jamal looks at least 5 years older than Hakeem in the flashback

That's why she got ejected from the show

Camille, Kelly & Tyga definitely share tips

I wasn't. Lucious is officially a damn supervillain. Jamal is probably really the father though, Lucious was likely just being manipulative as usual.

Seriously, despite their whole arc being convoluted as all hell I'm glad that they weren't legitimately at odds for more than a few episodes. Then again there's still the finale and seeing as how it's a soap opera they're definitely gonna blow up every relationship in the show

It's always amusing to me how Jamal is the most "go hard" member male member in a family with two big time "rappers" (I'm still not convinced that Lucious is this big time rapper seeing as how seemingly everytime we see him being musical he's singing) in it. He definitely takes after Cookie lol.

Trust me, it makes the most out of those 4…well 3 and a half seasons lol. Personally I feel like any drama with a singular plot should last up to 6 seasons at the most, after that I think you run the risk of grasping at straws for plot material (though shows like The Walking Dead & Game of Thrones are sort of

Yup, that coupled with him finding a sick sort of solace in hearing the walker on the other side of the wall makes it even more apparent. Despite wanting a safe life for his kids & his group, he's still very much a product of "the road" now. I'm loving that there's a clear inner conflict between The Ricktator and Rick

True. That's the simultaneously great and terrible thing about being on a network that doesn't have super high ratings demands. It allows shows like Nikita (that would've died on a bigger network) to actually finish but it also gives shows like Smallville & Supernatural far too much time to live.

I misread the headline as R.I.P. to The 100, probably and I almost had a heart attack

Yeah the biggest problem with Reigns sadly doesn't even have to do with him. The combination of Vince writing most of his pre-Rumble promos and the terrible booking for the Rumble itself almost killed all of his momentum. Despite being a Reigns fan I've always felt like they needed to slow burn his main event push

I don't know man…maybe I'm alone in this but I believe in Roman Reigns. I've always been pretty high on the guy because I can see the potential but they were handling him so wrong for so long that they've had to work extra hard to try and cover their tracks (which did him no favors). I feel like in the last month and

I vehemently disagree with the comment about "The Wilhelm Scream" usage, I thought it made the last 5 minutes of the episode one of the best moments of television that I've ever seen. The moment itself was already suspenseful but the way that the building tension synced up perfectly with the song made it so much more

I honestly enjoyed the movie A LOT more than I thought I was going to. The fact that I had free advanced screening passes and had zero expectations at best going into it probably had a lot to do with how much I enjoyed but but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

I'm not saying that there aren't ridiculous rap names in real life but most of them have character/flair to them. Most of the names that I've seen on Empire just feel kind of uninspired I guess.

Kid Fo-Fo, Titan, Black Metaphor, Industry, Royalty. Idk, it just feels like they're trying to hard with some of the names. Maybe it's just me though lol.

I'm not gonna lie, most of the time Andre's had his breakdowns they felt somewhat comical (especially when he was sitting in the studio booth which I still feel kind of bad about laughing at) but the elevator scene was heavy. That was easily some of the best acting on the show period. Trai Byers killed that.

I'm still mad that we didn't get the OG line. It would've been a perfect way to cap off the season

Whoever comes up with the rapper names on this show needs to be fired. They all sound like they came out of a random name generator.
