Since no one else has commented on it I'd like to give props to the director and producer for getting Louisiana "right" for a change. They have nailed every damned detail and just the general "feel" of Louisiana. Harrelson's accent was a bit off the first episode but he grew into it.

I'm surprised no one sees the Stephen King in this. "Crimson King"? "Low men in Yellow Coats" ? "Yellow King"? not to mention the entire existential conversation, the circle "The Wheel" etc etc. This show could almost be part of the Dark Tower series…….

My guess? Rust has multiple personalities, one being the murderer and the other investigating his own murders…..
