When they were all gathered together before going to the demonstration/church I thought I saw Laura give them a bunch of money. Any way, that's the least of the plot hole problems.

..and neither one is a flash drive, which is why I found this whole thing confusing (a silver hard drive, a black hard drive, AND a flash drive?)
But then again all the technobabble in this series has been disappointing.
