If you watched the news piece that’s embedded, clearly one of that subset sits on the committee as an elected representative- saying that he didn’t care what methods were used to make stops, just so long as they did them.
If a municipal government is going to sink $ into a hole in the water, at least sink it into the SS United States. It doesn’t look in as good of condition, but that’s because of ownership issues. It’s a newer ship and was the fastest liner to ever float.
Why should Tesla keep building cars? Just start shooting people out of cannons instead.
Well, if Corvairs did it all that time ago, it sure seems like Ewan, Charlie and crew could’ve done it on their Livewires and Rivians in 2020 on “Long way up.”
Unfortunately, no one told me “Idiocracy” would be a documentary or that I’d have to worry about it in my lifetime.
This makes me really, really sad (the 6, not the Cx-3). It’s been in the lineup far more than 20 years, if you include the precursor 626. My mom had an ‘87 626 that was the first car we owned that I thought was amazing (had automatic seatbelts and a 10 way graphic equalizer as a factory install). Sad to see it go,…
Seems a bit pricey for a Factory Five 818 roadster donor car.
Wait, I thought the response to “cancel culture” was to destroy the item you paid good money for to own the libs? Like burning your Nikes or hitting your coffee maker with a hammer? So, go ahead Tucker, bash your F150 Platinum with a bat.
Ahh, Charlottesville in the spring...co-eds just finishing up exams, the Downtown Mall for some outdoor dining/drinking while overlooking the mountains and the Tracy boys towing inoperable hulks with a Lexus like some set of 21st century Calmpetts. :)
The amount of rusty material he deals with, David should have the holy syringe of St. Tetanus in his home reliquary.
Seriously. I had a mid-90's F350 crew cab long bed dually. The rear bumper was in another zip code.
Memory seats and memory mirrors handle most everything about the operation of the vehicle that I don’t get in a twist about sharing vehicles. BUT my wife uses door pockets as trash cans. Drives me f-ing crazy whenever she borrows my car for a few days.
If you live in a state where the at-fault driver (or your own comp/collision coverage) only has to pay fair market value, and you’ve financed 84 months to be able to afford XYZ and you don’t buy gap (either through your own insurer or the profit center one from the dealer F&I), you’re SOL.
Cool. A camper with its own murder dungeon.
Rationalize by amortizing. “Next time I have to do this job, I’ll already have the tool.”
My parents have a GX 460 with 260k miles on it that drives and runs great. I’ve got a 470 and imagine I’ll keep it and put similar miles on it, too. As long as you don’t have to have the latest tech (the tech it has will be functional but dated), you can’t go wrong with one of these.
The USS Jalopnik is sitting on its side outside the port of Savannah. “Ran when capsized.”
Bucky Beaver is the new mascot for BMW. “Bucky Beaver Bimmer” has nice alliteration to it.
The Flex with ecoboost has 365 in its later iterations. You’re reading on the naturally aspirated engine. So not quite the same regardless.
