I found it difficult to tell those bearded special ops guys apart, especially in this ep when it was dark! Thought the doctor guy was the guy with the missing leg for some reason.

When Claire hops on the bike near the end, she quickly checks her laces, mirror and bell before she rides off.. obviously taught to ride a bike by her dad too! :)

How he knew the elevator code
I may be remembering wrong, but wasn't the second intersect that Chuck's was building for The Ring, and had all the Ring information in it? So after Chuck absorbed that one he had all the Ring databases too.
