Homer, you're as dumb as a mule and twice as ugly. If a stranger offers you a ride, I say take it.

Also the family of soccer hooligans

Well Great Britain has seceded from the European Union. Soon Scotland and Ireland will secede from Great Britain. Then Wales and Cornwall will be independent again. Then England will disintegrate as Shopshire breaks away from Herefordshire. In the end there will be nothing left but Little Sopworth on the Bailey to

The twist is when she returns to shore and finds it overrun with zombies and that the shark was trying to save her all along.

Some stand up comic once said that he asked someone from India (?) what the word for shark was in their language and was told it was "shark". he said it made sense. If one word was the same in all languages, that's the one.

Do you want them moving into your neighborhood. Taking our jobs, impregnating girls with bones!

Nothing in Pulp Fiction is backstory - it is simply a story told out of order, which is something different. The backstory of the plant in RD simply stops the story to tell a bunch of stuff that could have been handled in one or two sentences. He shoots Mr. Blonde and tells his captive he's a cop, which the guy knew

I hate backstories. Competition shows on TV are too often the battle between the woman who lives in her car and the guy who battled addiction. I keep saying that one day Chopped is going to ask someone what they are going to do with the $10,000 if they win and they are going to regret asking. In movies they are

This comes from the misguided meme that "The family is the basis of society". Actually, your family is the enemy of society. It is something you have a greater loyalty to than society. At best they are hostages to your behavior.

I think cutting Ripley's daughter out of the original Alien was a smart move. The crew on that ship were one-percenters (in the older sense). They spend months or years traveling on a ship without FTL capability, most of it in stasis. I can't see her being a mom in any sense of the word.

But Red Bull does give you wings, right?

Maybe they should have used a real shark and a CGI Blake LIvely

No one expects the McConquisition
