Do you have to pay prostitutes with money that has Queen Elizabeth on it?

Oooh, like From Dusk 'Til Dawn?

I can't believe it was on purpose. I can barely keep my DVD player working with clean DVDs

Suddenly remembered the "Head Shop".

Some did. Many were awful. I had a rule - hit the fast forward button, count to ten and hit play. If they aren't having sex - take it out of the vcr and put it back in the box and move on.

So Jurassic Park is porn?

By then who cared? In the 70's and 80's moralistic groups tried staking out porno shops with the idea of filming male customers and shaming them. Always wanted to see some guy on film "Hell yeah, I have something to say to my wife sitting at home reading the Bible. Hey, honey, I got the films and lube and I'm

It was weirder in the (VHS) 1970's. No one had ever rented anything before. Suddenly you could watch movies in your own home. Record the ones on TV and rent others. Where I lived there were a few stores and they were family owned. So you never knew who would be at the counter - Dad, Mom, Grandma, even the kids.

"You're an Arab?"

I can live with him taking the blame.

So true. It also may explain the "Next Food Network Star" show. I understand the camera tests and all but why are they cooking? It's like we can taste the food and if we tried their recipes and it was awful we'd think it was our fault. After all they are on TV and must know what they are doing, right?

Still, the "cheap ho" joke may help us identify the problem. Fire that writer and see if the show starts improving.

The question is how much did, whoever, pay to have them stress that they are different. I've seen print ads making the point. Companies are terrified that their brands go into common usage (like Aspirin which used to be a brand name) and can be used by anyone.

Also pies apparently

He's head of the Food Network and can be seen running things on Restaurant Impossible with Robert Irvine.

Tell that to Matt Damon

Did you watch it in 1994 Before the Common Era?

I guess he didn't like thespians

Summers is now head of the Food Network. So calling him the host of "Double Dare" is damning with faint praise.
Also, if it was "chaos" where did the pies come from? Doesn't sound all that spontaneous.

Exactly. Think of Ned Flanders, but just an awful person.
