keep on living in fantasy land...
The NFL felt bad for screwing the Lions the week before so they screwed the Cowboys and felt bad for that so they screwed the packers and felt bad for that so they screwed the seahawks so there was no one left to screw so the Patriots win...oh wait, they felt bad for that so the only thing left was underdelated…
Nice. Someone on here finally gets it.
quit fixing games
its entertainment man...read the by laws when the afl and nfl mergered in 1962...it clearly states that the new league falls under “entertainment” status...its like scripting a play or like WWE...but the public figured out that wrestling is fake and the nfl is doing everything in its power to keep its big secret…
Oh you mean “The Bus” Jerome Bettis return to his Hometown Detroit...wasnt that right around “hurricane katrina’ when the Saints won the Superbowl and havent done #*@! since...”911” Patriots blah frickin blah...I wish someone would set Detroit or Cleveland on fire so they could finally win, or at least go, to a…
Who has to approve this post...Roger Giddel?!
fixed x 5000!!!
bullshit
your article makes me nauseaus....the NFL is fixed...Lions - Cowboys last year’s playoffs...they already had the stage set for the ‘Ice Bowl 2’ in Green bay the following week. There was no way in hell they were gonna let Detroit beat Dallas....example most aggregeous non-call pass interference on the pass from…
take off the blindfold man the outcomes of particular games that have an “unhealthy” amount of money bet on one team...commonly know in betting circles as the trap game are “fixed”...until they clearly define what is “holding”, among other judgement calls and also controlling what plays areviewable especially inside…
Seattle’s first Superbowl was thrown. One of the refs in that game has stated this publicly.
What is growing on his calf?
My biggest fear is a blown call will decide either one of the championship games or the Super Bowl itself (something like the replacement ref’s blown call at the end of the GB/Seattle game).
This is absurd, but can you imagine if the NFL thought they could use this as a way to “assure” the public but make it easier to have more profitable teams win if it came down to a questionable call between (just for sake of argument) Jacksonville vs. Green Bay?
I’m not sure, I realize that the MLB is even more backward than the NFL, but they could have implemented computerized strike zones for years but haven’t because it loses the ‘human element’ or whatever that is. I think the NFL would have a similar argument. Putting a chip in a football and a sensor at the goal line…
“Pish posh. I’ve been warning you about a conspiracy tied to the vice president for years!”
And you don’t understand what the change is. In the playoffs, the refs can “consult” NY to determine what the call on the field should be. That’s an integrity issue, not a “the refs are overwhelmed by detail” issue.
You aren’t familiar with the word integrity. The ref’s aren’t corrupt they just have an impossible job with all these subjective penalties.
