Just trying to help clarify this mess, I'm from Brazil from where 60% of these cars are manufactured (others 30% are from Argentina, and 10% outside).

In this photo it's a old VW Gol MK4 with Argentina plates, that is no longer manufactured nowhere now. The new VW up! has entered in its place this year for Brazil, Argentina and the rest of Mercosul, Central America and Mexico (I'm writing from Brazil here).
