Damnit, I definitely missed that golden opportunity. I was very angry at the world yesterday though so forgive me.

I’m not sure if it’s in that video, but I distinctly remember one QVC show with Hamill or one of the other cast members where a kid who sounded like he was 13 or 14 called in and asked where he could buy the videos of the Zahn books.

I got it during a Nintendo sale a few months ago because why not, and I have not been disappointed. Don’t get all the hate either. Aesthetic aside it feels like a new level pack for the original which is a good thing. Down to the brutally brutal S levels.

Trailer looks ... fine, I guess, so I’ll reserve judgment. I’m surprised at how anti-reboot some people are about this—I had no idea the many terrible sequels had such a cult following. I’m glad they’re at least continuing that for those people’s sake, but I’m MUCH more open to the idea of a decent reboot.

I feel like this is really reductive. I absolutely disagree that this served as a “trailer.” In fact, I was surprised at how well the film stood out on it’s own as a cohesive story.
