Excellent list. I feel like there aren’t a lot of games I haven’t heard of on Switch’s eShop (I’m the EIC at Nintendojo), but there are a few real surprises on this list! Great pick on Lichtspeer. I got to review it late last year and I really enjoyed it. Bizarre, and really challenging as it went on.

Probably gonna skip Tropical Freeze. Beat it on Wii U and ditched it when Switch came out. I know everyone else seemed to love it, but it just didn’t click for me like DKCR did. I liked the additions of Cranky and Dixie, not to mention the return of David Wise, but the boss fights were cruelly hard and the exclusion…

Such a terrific game. I’m bummed they never made a sequel.

I have NEVER regularly carried around a handheld in my pocket. I’ve always tossed it in a carry case, for fear of breaking, scratching, etc. So yeah, I’ve had no trouble carting my Switch around. It goes to work with me every day.
