How did this list not include Doki Doki Panic/Super Mario Bros. 2? I’d argue that one might be the most infamous case!

This article is a lot less terrifying if you imagine Michael Scott saying all these things.

Those Mega Man kicks are pretty damn tempting.

My daughter is almost three. I’m not here quite yet, but I know it’s coming. Loved this story, while simultaneously being terrified.

So excited for this game. And I love the Octarian idol. I hope she gets an Amiibo.

Wow. These are incredible shots.

Yeah, I also always assumed they were the same network, simply different divisions, or something.

I know a billion people are going to say this but it is NEVER too late to call off the wedding. I wasn’t engaged to her, but I was with someone that made me miserably unhappy for about three years. I literally had nightmares about marrying her, to the point that one sticks with me to this day. I am now with someone

I like Gita’s point, but I also think this is a good counterpoint.

Oh, god. This sounds horrible.

Crazy talk.

Couldn’t agree more. It’s catchy, fitting and so, so different. It actually gets me really pumped to play the game. Watching the trailer and listening to this song, I found myself getting a bit choked up. Maybe it’s just the realization how much this character has come to mean to me over 26-27 years. For me, Mario is

God, I’m excited for this game.

If you want to make these arguments AFTER the game releases and you’ve played it, then maybe these criticisms will hold some water.

It did for me, but I do agree with your greater point. Marvel did say at the start of 2016 that they wanted to up the quality of the games that were coming out. Might have simply been a case of “these guys can do something good, and that helps our brand more in the long run.”
