I’m sorry but Ray Bradbury was ahead of everyone in his short story “The Murderer” in 1953

Saving

The novel “All The King’s Men” was actually two novels in one, with near parallel stories - the second one during slavery. Cutting that out was the first step to staving it.

It taught me that even the sex and drug industry has a dark side.

What kills me about “I Accuse my Parents” is the scene where he’s walking down the street on his way to interview for a dead end career selling shoes. Look at the newspaper ad for that job. Right next to it is an ad looking for a young adventurous man to go on a South Sea expedition! Apply for that job you moron!

The worst is in the fall when you “Fall Back”. At 2:00 AM, you change your clocks to 1 AM. But then in an hour it’s 2 AM again and you have to put them back to 1 AM again, then again an hour later. Then over and over again. How do I get past 2 AM? It’s been like this for MONTHS. For the love of GOD won’t someone help

Will it be adjusted for inflation? Will they remember that the human parts of his body would be torn to shreds when he uses the robot parts?

“Is this Zoo? No, I’m not talking baby talk!”

Still the best line, talking about a student in a classroom explosion 2 years before - “The bandages should be off in about two weeks.”

Well, if the new Rocketeer is a kid-friendly woman, you can forget a hot girlfriend.

But we can still blame comic books, dime novels and pornography, right?

Never happen.

I think it was Richard Pryor who said his father died while having sex with a 16 year old girl. He said that for two years “she couldn’t give it way.” No thanks, men would say, you already killed one guy with that thing.

In my case it was more like a comedian’s line I heard. “I asked my wife ‘Is there someone else?’ and she said ‘There must be’.” I’m fine with separating personal from professional, but I’m sick of the adulation of one and the condemnation of another. I’m prepared to enjoy and praise Tracy’s work, but making him a

Did you miss the part about Irene Dunne?

But if divorce was considered more severe weren’t adultery and fornication more severe as well? Do you think the average joe would be treated the same way. My argument is something I’ve said before - character is something we want in people we don’t like. Tracy’s likeability gave him leeway he might not have otherwise.

I think the day has come when we have to separate work from personalities. Woody Allen, Louis C.K., even Al Franken. But we don’t. We make an issue of it and their work must suffer. But your excuses - alcohol, homosexuality (uh... what happened to Kevin Spacy) don’t work either. It’s always an excuse. I really don’t

I’m sorry but now that every Hollywood male, dead or alive is being dragged into the light and condemned for their sexual activities, I can no longer stand the adulation of Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn. As actors, sure, but as people, no more.

This concept of “WUV” confuses and INFURIATES me!

Yet, watching a fictional story, I found him boring.
