If this were a normal dirt bike you’d be right, but its on a Christini AWD bike. If you look at the second picture you can see the front 2 vertical axle shafts covered in accordion rubber in front of the fork. They drive the hub for the wheel or snow belt depending on set up.

Looks like the video is sped up and paused occasionally. Watch the jet skis in the background at 4:00 min... they stutter with the beat. Must of been edited to make his hands look faster.
